Wedding season is on… So are such movies that hit theatres..
We had Band Baaja Baraat (which still runs in Multiplexes).. Now we have Tanu Weds Manu ..
A nice and entertaining movie I’d say… A watchable one.
Though chemistry between Manu and Tanu were missing/not to the mark… Madhavan has given much better performance than Ms. Ranaut.
Dobriyal as Madhavan’s Sidekick stands out above all.
The screen play in the first half is really good. Very well scripted with much light sequences and comic presentation from almost all characters.
Second half tends to be slightly slow. Well when it comes to end in a love triangle, there are no shortcuts…
Director Anand Rai has done a good job..
Music: Saddi Galli and Rangrez songs are good listen.
Overall: 2.5 /5
